Background

Many a thing has been bought and sold or travelled through Oldtown from House Florent in their Brightwater Keep that is at the north end of the Honeywine River that ends in the south inside of Oldtown. Lord Harald Florent knows that goods of questionable origin can be purchased in Oldtown. Often he has an agent in the city looking for the next great find. One of his agents, Short Tom Tinker is completely in the know of how things operate, but he keeps it secret to protect his Lord and House should the secret be revealed and House Florent sullied by association. Harald also enjoys trips down the river on his pleasure yacht in good weather so he is often a visitor to Oldtown himself.

With a Florent being the mother of the Queen, Harald and House Florent believe that this is the perfect opportunity to finally take up what's rightfully theirs. The prize, Highgarden.
