A Specter’s eyes are replaced with hexite to become incredibly advanced optical receptors and emitters. A Specter can see in extremely low light, as well as the infrared and ultraviolet spectra. They can magnify their vision to see at great distances and down to the microscopic level. They can also emit light from their eyes, including x rays (which they can perceive, allowing them some ability to see through physical objects). This light can be used to blind foes and even construct crude holograms to fool individual targets.

Hexite eyes are immune to blindness.
Immune to blinding effects that directly affect the eyes. Has no effect on darkness, fog, and other obscuring effects.

Induce vertigo and/or seizures with strobe effect.
