Fae Mien

A chiseled, older gentleman who favors dark cloaks and high collars. His silvery hair falls about his shoulders in curled locks, and his chin is always adorned with a sharp, well-trimmed goatee.

In his mortal seeming, Michael Foster has a clean-cut, no-nonsense look about him. He is smooth-shaven, his silver-gray hair in a simple, short cut. The lines of age show in his face, but he possesses the same piercing gaze as his fae mien.

Personality

Eiriune carries himself with surety. He is certain of his own ability and importance, but he does not brag about it. He believes he can see what is wrong with the world, and what needs to be done to fix it. If he must be the one to fix things, so be it. It is worth it to create a better world for his daughter.

Merits & Flaws

Concentration 1 pt. Merit You have the ability to focus your mind and shut out any distractions or annoyances. Characters with this Merit are unaffected by penalties from distracting circumstances (e.g., loud noises, strobe lights, or hanging upside down).
Iron Will 3 pt. Merit Your determination and stubbornness makes you unshakable once your mind is set. Mind-altering magic against you is at +3 difficulty, up to a maximum difficulty of 9. This Merit does not affect powers dealing with emotions.
Dark Secret 1 pt. Flaw You bear a dark secret. If uncovered, this would be of immense embarrassment and make you a pariah among your peers. While this secret weighs on your mind at all times, it will only surface in occasional stories.

Birthrights & Frailty

Unearthly Beauty Birthright Sidhe gain two additional dots of Presence, even if this brings that rating above 5. When they invoke the Wyrd (Changeling: The Dreaming, p. 259), this beauty becomes over-powering. If a sidhe invokes the Wyrd in the presence of a character, the player must roll Composure + Resolve (difficulty 8). If that roll fails, the character can only stare in awestruck wonder at the sidhe for one turn for each dot of the sidhe’s Presence.
Noble Bearing Birthright Sidhe carry a quiet dignity at all times. Cantrips designed to humiliate them or make them look foolish automatically fail (that does not prevent cantrips from harming them, of course, they just don’t lose their poise when it happens). Sidhe cannot botch Etiquette or Politics rolls.
Curse of Banality Frailty While the commoner kiths have learned to make their peace with the mortal world and live within it, the Arcadian sidhe still live with their minds and hearts in the Dreaming. As such, they are even more susceptible to Banality. Each point of Banality a sidhe would receive becomes two.
